Your conversations run in your browser. Your reports download to your machine. Neither sits on our servers afterwards.
The only things we keep are account essentials — your email, your subscription tier, your credit balance — never the conversation, never the generated report.
Conversations pass through Anthropic for processing per their API policy. Enterprise customers on the Deploy on Your Own Keys tier remove even this step — nothing about the conversation ever touches OpsPilot infrastructure.
Conversations and generated reports are never used to train AI models — yours or anyone else’s.
Anthropic’s API policy applies for transient processing; we don’t add any additional training surface.
OpsPilot uses three categories of third-party services to operate:
Current providers are listed at /trust/providers— a maintained document showing each vendor, their purpose, and their region. Subscribers receive 30 days' notice before any change to the list.
Honest now beats embarrassing later.
We mark each one Achieved only when the audit report is signed.
Hosted in us-east-1.
Enterprise customers can deploy in their own infrastructure with the Deploy on Your Own Keys tier — conversations never leave their environment.
Conversation runs in your browser. Anthropic processes the prompts transiently to generate your report. The output downloads directly to your machine. Nothing about your conversation is stored on OpsPilot servers.
OpsPilot's prompts are grounded in 66+ international codes used by industrial plants worldwide. Find your standard below to see which modules anchor on it.
